The writing of Bébian and the one of Stokoe are very similar. Chance? Lamentably, nobody knows. All say today: Stokoe invented the linguistic one of the language of signs. That is an average truth. Today nobody remembers Hervás. Nobody remembers Bébian. That is negative. Hervás and Bébian are very important also in the history of the deaf people. THE SUPREME ONE REJECTS THE RESOURCE OF THE CNSE AGAINST STORCH OF GRACE//EL SUPREMO DESESTIMA EL RECURSO DE LA CNSE CONTRA STORCH DE GRACIA

The Supreme Court has given to the reason to Jose Gabriel Storch de Gracia who has the right to the freedom of expression when this one already sent an electronic mail to the associations of deaf people of Spain 5 years ago with expressions and commentaries that supposedly attempted against the honor of the CNSE, presided over by Luis-Jesus Tube. The Supreme Court declares in his sentence that " the used expressions neither are unnecessary to realise the critic, nor are insulting, but fitting itself within the context of malaise by an expulsion of a federation of deaf people and directed to all those bunds with electronic mail informing this situation, of a certainly ingenious way, they are not more than a literary manifestation of the right to the freedom of expression and of the right to the critic that can exercise people who represent the interests of others and that are to support to those people with relevance positions social" and, also, it declares " not to have place to the resource of annulment formulated by " National confederation of Deaf people of Spain" (...) against Sentencia dictated by the Section 19ª of the Provincial Hearing of Madrid, date 20 of September of 2,004, with imposition of the payment of coasts caused in this resource to recurrente". In addition, the CNSE will have to pay all the derived expenses of this judicial process. Otherwise, we would be blessing and perpetuating the ghetto of citizens of third in which, in fact, one has formed historically the señantes deaf people, isolating them of the society and, therefore, being reduced its citizen rights. Jose Gabriel Storch =========================================== =========================================== El Tribunal Supremo ha dado la razón a José Gabriel Storch de Gracia que tiene el derecho a la libertad de expresión cuando éste envió un correo electrónico a las asociaciones de sordos de España hace ya 5 años con expresiones y comentarios que supuestamente atentaban contra el honor de la CNSE, presidida por Luis-Jesús Cañón. El Tribunal Supremo declara en su sentencia que "las expresiones utilizadas ni son innecesarias para realizar la crítica, ni son afrentosas, sino que encuadrándose dentro del contexto de malestar por una expulsión de una federación de sordos y dirigidas a todas aquellas federaciones con correo electrónico poniendo en conocimiento esta situación, de una manera ciertamente ingeniosa, no son más que una manifestación literaria del derecho a la libertad de expresión y del derecho a la crítica que pueden ejercitar personas que representan los intereses de otras y que han de soportar aquellas personas con cargos de relevancia social" y, asimismo, declara "no haber lugar al recurso de casación formulado por "Confederación Nacional de Sordos de España" (...) contra la Sentencia dictada por la Sección 19ª de la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid, de fecha 20 de septiembre de 2.004, con imposición del pago de costas causadas en este recurso a la recurrente". Además, la CNSE tendrá que pagar todos los gastos derivados de este proceso judicial.

De otro modo, estaríamos bendiciendo y perpetuando el gueto de ciudadanos de tercera en que, de hecho, se ha configurado históricamente a las personas sordas señantes, aislándolas de la sociedad y, por lo tanto, menoscabándose sus derechos ciudadanos. Depende de todos ayudar a evitar esa exclusión social. Se lo dice un sordo, hermano, sobrino y nieto de sordos, pero que, antes que eso, es ciudadano por ser libre, y libre por ser ciudadano.
