El Máster es la única titulación oficial en esta materia existente en España La Sala de Grados Giner de los Ríos de la Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Valladolid (UVA) albergará mañana a las 11.30 horas la presentación oficial del primer y único Máster Oficial en docencia e interpretación en Lengua de Señas de España, que conjuntamente impartirán la UVA y la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a través de su Facultad de Derecho. En un comunicado recogido por Europa Press, fuentes de la UVA señalaron que, como novedad, la conferencia con la que se inaugurará mañana el máster será la primera impartida en lengua de señas en un acto oficial universitario español. La conferencia, 'Los marcadores del discurso en la Lengua de Señas Española', correrá a cargo del lingüista e intérprete de lengua de señas Saúl Villameriel García, quien presentará el trabajo de investigación que ha realizado como doctorando en la Universidad de León y cuya exposición se centrará en los marcadores que sirven para dar cohesión a un discurso en lengua de señas. Está previsto que al acto asistan la concejal del Ayuntamiento de Valladolid Ángeles Porres, Natividad Enjuto García, directora general del IMSERSO; Ana Isabel Francés Domingo, secretaria general de la Federación Española de Intérpretes de Lengua de Signos (FILSE); el profesor de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Complutense José Gabriel Storch, autor de múltiples estudios sobre los derechos de accesibilidad de las personas sordas; el director de Área de Postrado de la UVA, Carlos de Francisco, y Carlos Moriyón Mojica, perteneciente al departamento de Lengua Española de la Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social de la UVA, director del Instituto de Investigación en Ciencias de la Educación (IICE) y coordinador del Máster Oficial en Lengua de Señas.
